Nordic Walking (with special poles) is a whole body exercise. You burn up to 50% more calories, yet it feels easier, especially uphill.
We meet most Thursdays and often walk a section of the Coast Path. Walks are typically from 5 miles to 8 miles, taking 3 or 4 hours. We often have a picnic lunch en-route and usually finish at a café.
Only trained Nordic Walkers can join these walks. Training is available, but may be chargeable. Please contact us for more information.
